I made this card for this week's Inkspirational challenge. This is a photo challenge (see below) and I took my inspiration from the green and white wood background, the shells and the flowers. Instead of flowers I used an older Hero Arts fern leaf stamp. I added the dragonfly to give a spark of color to my card. I think this card would be good for a guy, don't you?
When I saw the challenge at Cas(E) this sketch this week I thought of this "dogwood branch" stamp by Memory Box because I knew it would fit perfectly in a little box. I colored the flower and leaves with my Zig markers, fussy-cut the image out and assembled my card.
I have been invited by Kirsty to be a Design Team member for the City Crafter challenge blog. I am so excited and honored as I have enjoyed the challenge for many years and have always been inspired by the DT cards and projects and the many talented participants in the challenges each week. My DT position starts tomorrow, July 11th with the 370th challenge on CCCB.
I made my card for the challenge at the City Crafter Challenge Blog this week; the challenge is to use black & white (and maybe a touch of grey) on your project. I had embossed this splatter background a while ago so I went through my stamps and selected this musical bird to go on the background.
